* Training of users and preparing of documentation

Key requirements:
* Bachelor degree
* Advanced level of English
* Active directory experience (1-3 years)
* Experience in Customer support in IT area is needed (1-3 years)
* Very good knowledge of MS Office
* Tivoli experience is needed !
