Our client is a leader in a wireless data transferring. Currently, we are cooperating to find the most suitable candidates on 2nd and 3rd level customer support teams which are responsible for providing the support worldwide.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Second level support
· Members of 2nd level support face the customers queries and problems
· There are several duties which have to be done immediately: initial remote investigation
of the problem, resolution or escalation decision making, implementation of authorized
resolutions
· Besides, proactive approach is expected as well as participation in technical
documentation updates
· Reporting of implementations
· Visiting the customer personally
Third level support
· 3rd level support is responsible for escalated incidents resolution – the successful
candidate has to analyze the information and recommends which solution may be the best
· Documentation writing, knowledge sharing, development investigation is expected
· Moreover, trends in bugs should be recognised
REQUIREMENTS
· Analytical skills as well as self-discipline and ability to work without much supervision are
important for the role
· Customer oriented personality - ability to create relationships
· Patience, great communication skills, proactive approach
· Willingness to travel
· Fluent English (advantage will be German, French, Russian, Portuguese, Spanish, too)
· IT/Maths/engineering/Physics education
· At least 2 years experience in Unix/Linux and Shell script
· TCP/IP, databases, ITIL
