For our important client - SW company with branch in Brno/ Czech Republic  we are now looking for a Senior Technical consultants who would work in Germany or Russia.
 
Job description

• Consultations, installations and configurations of software and hardware, assemblies and connections at customer and partner site
• The second and third level technical support (e-mail, phone calls, on-site support)
• Advisory and escalations channel for first level technical support
• Troubleshooting, incident and problem analysis, software testing
• Cooperation with development team
• Trainings and presentations for partners, customers and internal departments
• Building and sustaining a relationship as the primary technical contact for partners
• Delivery of the highest level of satisfaction with the services offered by the company

Requirements

• College or university graduate
• Advanced written and spoken English + excellent German or Russian – working location : near Hannover or near Moscow
• Very good communication skills
• Independent, customer oriented
• At least 4 years of experience in IT services – knowledge of Windows, Active Directory,  Linux, networking, SQL, HW/SW troubleshooting
• Ability to troubleshoot issues without supervision and deliver easy-to-follow solutions
• Skills to prepare and provide Technical trainings and presentations
• Experience with technical documents writing
• Basics of programming welcomed (JAVA, scripting)
• Proactive understanding of partner/customer’s needs and delivery of satisfactory services/solutions
• Driving license – active driver
