Reporting Analyst
Position overview
The role is to support requirements for customer-facing reporting by creating and analysis of reports.
Responsibilities
- Analyse data, recognise structure and patterns
- Experience in analysing data from different systems in order to align those
- Work in teams to absorb information
- Reference data
- Work out complex tasks
- Develop repeatable processes
- Write complex queries while analysing data sets
- Document the current situation and generate recommendations
- Creation of reports ad-hoc
Requirements
- Very good English, other languages an advantage
- Strong knowledge of MS Access and Excel as well as SQL
- Experience in reporting in a Contact Centre environment
- Ability to present data in an effective way
- Strong analytical skills
- Knowledge of data reporting tools
- Understanding of database relationship models
- Action-oriented self-starter
- Able to work under pressure
