- Scope of employment:

- *building marketing database and strategy according to company marketing and sales strategy
- *providing customer analyses and profiling
- *providing future marketing campaign execution specifications
- *idenfitication and database administration of potential customers, monitoring of recent important customers
- *preparing data sources for special data programs
- *optimalization of database information structure
- *advocate database marketing expertise
- *internal advisory for company departments
- *provide requirements to database marketing services team
- *cooperation with external providers of data sources

Requirements:
-
*university degree
*2-3 years of experience on similar position
- *fluent English - MUST, Czech is not needed
- *good knowledge of database
- *knowledge of SQL, SPSS, SAS is an advantage
- *knowledge of CRM
- *marketing knowledge such as market segmentation and customer analyses
- *great team player
- *excellent communication and analytical skills
