KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitoring and solving high-severity events (network, system and application monitoring)
- solving customer inquiries (vie phone, email or company´s support application)in a timely, courteous and professional manner
- reporting on all activities carried out
- resolving incidents according to known workarounds
- providing a point of contact to customers 24x7x365
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Demonstrate analytical problem solving, decision making and judgment skills
- Willingness in working on shifts (24/7)
- Proficiency in English verbal and written communication
- Excel and Word advanced level
- Understanding of Linux/UNIX and networks is a must
- Professional communicative skills with customers and colleagues
ADVANTAGE FOR YOU WOULD BE:
- Cisco routers and switches
- Basic scripting knowledge
- Knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese language is a big advantage
