One of our key client is looking for Dutch speakers to join its International Service Desk in Prague. They are seeking candidates with fluent Dutch who have IT knowledge/experience and want to pursue their career in this area. The company is trully international and career growth is possible not only in the Czech republic for those who prove to be good.

Your main role will be to ensure that requests for assistance are accurately logged, assigned and responded to in a timely manner, according to agreed standards and procedures.

This means that you will:

- Help solving IT issues experienced by the company's employees across Europe both over the phone and via emails
- Ensure all calls and tickets are logged and actions being taken in appropriate and timely manner
- Escalate cases to higher levels or management when necessary
- Maintain reports and knowledge base up to date and accurate
- Provide first class service and help to clients

What do we expect from you?

- Time Flexibility (8h rolling shifts starting either at 8am, 9am, 10am or 12am) 
- Fluent English and Dutch
- General IT background preferred (Degree in computer science, 6 months of experience in IT or real interest in IT)
- Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills
- Commitment to teamwork and sensitivity to cultural differences are essential
- Strong drive to solve problem with good analytical and problem-solving skills
