- resolve problems of IT users
- technical support fo clients
- contacts via telephone, call handing system and e-mails
- log, validate and diagnose customer issue (of products and applications)
- providing customer solutions
- analyze trouble schooting
- escalation adn management of calls to agreed service levels
- provide support to multiple desks
Duties:
- excellent communication skills and professionalism
- ability to use relevant tools and systems to resolve customer problems
- ability to communicate effectively with defferent groups
- technical skills with Windows XP, Windows 2000
- knowledge of printer hardware
- knowledge of Local Area Networking
- Knowledge of Remote Access tools
