Our client, a Czech company leading in a production of specialized SW and HW solution for companies, is currently looking for highly motivated candidates for a consultancy roles.

Key responsibilities

·         A customer support on 2^nd and 3^rd level, communication with 1^st level support

·         Ensuring of right deployment of a product on a customer site – installation, configuration and related 
        technical consultation

·         Troubleshooting related to a product
·         Building of a strong relationship with clients by presenting the product in the companies and by delivering a 
        professional training for clients

Skill requirements

·         University degree

·         Very good English knowledge

·         IT experience at least 4 years (Windows, Unix/Linux, TCP/IP, SQL)

·         Strong and communicative personality
·         Driving licence
