Our client is an international company, leader in the field of development and production of software, IT systems, data storage systems and IT services. For their dynamic team in Brno they are currently searching for a skilled HR Business Partner.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Close cooperation and support of line managers across the company, identifying and fulfilling their HR needs and solving their HR problems

·         Via partnering with other HR teams implement and improve HR strategies in different fields, including comp&ben, recruitment, diversity and others

·         Coach, support and challenge managers in application HR policies and provide them professional advisory on HR related issues

·         People management

·         Identify and propose improvements in the HR area

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

·         Min. Bachelor´s Degree - preferably in Human Resources, Legal or Business management  

·         Min. of 5 years previous experience in the position of HR Generalist or HR Business Partner

·         Fluent English and Czech

·         Excellent knowledge of Czech Labour Code

·         Ability to build up strong relationships inside as well as outside of the organization

·         Strong ability to work effectively under the pressure, ability to prioritize and multitask

·         Ability to think out of the box and bring innovative solutions that lead to win-win situations
