There are many roles focused on Customer Services and IT Support for customers.

Key responsibilities:

·         Receiving a customer calls, handling emails

·         Ensuring consistent productivity and quality of service

·         to deal with inbound calls and emails from external customers
·         to provide world class customer service

Key requirements:

·         communicative English (company language)

·         fluent at least one of following languages: Swedish, Dutch, German

·         Very good PC literacy

·         Previous experience from customer services is a big advantage
·         flexibility, good communication skills and proactive approach
