For our important client, an international companie,  we are searching for candidates with English+Norwegian langure, who join their team in Brno.

Key responsibilities:

·         Receiving a customer calls, handling emails

·         Ensuring consistent productivity and quality of service

·         to deal with inbound calls and emails from external customers

·         to provide world class customer service

Key requirements:

·         communicative English (company language)

·         fluent Nordic language - Danish/Norwegian/Swedish

·         Very good PC literacy

·         Previous experience from customer services is a big advantage

·         flexibility, good communication skills and proactive approach
