CPL BPO Service: CPL’s specialist call centre and business processes outsourcing (BPO) division focuses exclusively on the provision of outsourced customer-care and back-office services to a vast range of EU based customers. Our multilingual BPO centres currently service 12 EU countries, providing telesales, telemarketing, payrolling, order processing, fulfilment and administrative services.

CPL Outbound Sales and Telemarketing Service: support s marketing/sales campaigns and providing long-term sales support to clients. We deal with everything from lead generation, sales support, customer renewals and queries.
