Candidate's agreement about protection of personal data

By attaching his/her signature the applicant voluntarily grants the CPL Jobs Czech Republic, s.r.o. company, organization’s ID no.: 26 68 70 38, Rybná 682/14, 110 00 Praha (hereinafter referred to only as “CPL Jobs”), his/her consent to the administration, processing, and storing of his/her personal data in compliance with § 5 paragraph 2 and 5 law number 101/2000 Status .; the consent has the following wording: I hereby declare that all the data that I have included into my CV and job application have been provided to the CPL Jobs company voluntarily and they are true. At the same time I, thereinafter signed, give here with to the company CPL Jobs, agreement with processing of my personal data, mainly name and surname, address of permanent residence, education, professional work experience, optionally the others, that I’ve personally provided to the Company for the purpose of keeping my person on record of the Company and for the purpose of giving my personal data to the concrete client or clients of Company during its business activity incumbents on personnel consultancy, including mediation of relevant conclusion namely within the scope of determinated purpose. I provide this agreement to the Company for an indefinite period or it will expire on the day on which I will apply for erasure of my personal data, i.e. (registration is revoked at the request of the candidate in writing). Upon withdrawal of this agreement the CPL Jobs company will erase my personal data without any undue delay.
